Our Warranty & Quality Control Program
TCE Technology will stand behind the installation and workmanship of any cabling system we install. We work in tandem with our manufacturer partners, adhering and conforming to their installation processes and procedure. TCE technologies can then extend our clients an extended warranty program that can provide you between 15 - 25 year protection against product failure, and named application processes.
Note: Due to product & technology diversity our cabling manufacturer offer several levels of Applications & product warranty. Each can be tailored to meet your technological expectation. We encourage you to evaluate their warranty offering and the applications covered.
The warranty process
At TCE Technologies, we believe that the installation of a certified system begins in the early stages of the project cycle. Our scaleable offering can begin with the evaluation and documenting your current system applications. TCE is your consultative assistant, our experience and engineering expertise is available throughout the entire integration process, ranging from developmental design, proof of concept analysis, conceptual drawings and aid you in evaluating alternative cabling infrastructure solutions that "best align" themselves to meet your current system requirement and future application system needs leading to a formal project scope of work. Our engineers are available and can interact with your architects, interior design planners, general contractors and city code inspectors in order to assure you a successful system installation.
But our involvement doesn't stop here.
We will engage our "best in class" vendor partners, who will scrutinize the system design, evaluate our installation, and review both test & project documentation. presenting upon project completion a certificate of warranty.
- Testing & Documentation
Every project regardless of its size or complexity requires an impeccable level of documentation. We test and document every circuit we install. Our process can be tailored to meet any individual manufacturers certification warranty requirements while adhering to industry standards such as ANSI, CSA, TIA/EIA, NEC, BICSI and bellcore.
